√ High precision: the positioning accuracy of laser cutting is 0.05mm, and the repeated positioning accuracy is 0.02mm.
√ Narrow slit: the incision width is generally 0.10 ~ 0.20mm.
√ The cutting surface is smooth: the roughness of the incision surface is generally controlled within Ra12.5.
√ Fast speed, Fast speed: the laser cutting speed can reach 10m/min, the maximum positioning speed can reach 70m/min.

Precision welding,makes the street light pole with small weld, high efficiency and uniform, beautiful appearance.
Inside and outside surface anti-corrosion treatment by hot dip galvanized more than 80um thickness, which is in accordance with GB/T13912-92 standard.Hot-dip galvanizing prevents rust and corrosion when the street light pole exposes to air.
With both 360°machine and manual spraying to make led street light poles strong adhesion & strong Anti-ultraviolet. The surface is not peeling even with blade scratch (smooth, color and luster are identical.).Various colors for option.
